The much-loved Classic Ebi Burger and Cereal Ebi Burger with Shrimp Paste Flavoured Sauce – is back in McDonald’s Singapore outlets.
Together with a side dish of Fish Dippers with Tartar Sauce, this is being brought back to cater to Singapore’s tastes and preferences, and brings a burst of Japanese inspired flavours to stores across Singapore.
Available for a limited time from 22 September, this burger will also be served with Seaweed Shaker Fries – another crowd favourite – and Honeydew McFlurry.
Fish Dippers with Tartar Sauce
Prepared with Alaskan Pollock and coated with golden Panko batter, this Fish Dippers side dish can be served – together with its side accompaniment of tartar sauce – with any meal or even as a snack on its own.
This is available ala-carte from $4.60 (6 pcs) or from $6.30 (9 pcs).

Classic Ebi Burger
Featuring bread fried Ebi patty filled with whole shrimp, this is topped with Thousand Island dressing, random cut lettuce and tangy mustard. It is available ala-carte, from $5.45.
Cereal Ebi Burger with Shrimp Paste Flavour Sauce
Coming into McDonald’s Singapore stores from 6 October, this comprises of whole shrimp in a cereal coated patty topped with shrimp paste flavoured sauce and whole lettuce leaf, served in between a white sesame & chive bun.
This is served from $5.75, ala-carte.
Seaweed Shaker Fries
Comprising of crispy golden fries served with savoury Nori flakes, these are available at $0.60 upgrade with any Extra Value Meal.
This is a sweet and creamy Honeydew McFlurry as the name suggests and is available from $2.90.
Classic Ebi Special Set
For those hungry eaters, there is also the Classic Ebi Special Set, comprising of a Classic Ebi Burger, Seaweed Shaker Fries (Large) and Medium Green Tea.
Available after breakfast hours
With the exception of the Cereal Ebi Burger, these new offerings are all available after breakfast hours at all restaurants and via McDelivery from 22 September onwards while stocks last.
