Next week, prepare yourself for the photography adventure of a lifetime – from the comfort of your own home.

This is photography like you’ve never seen before.

That’s because five photographers – from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, are facing it off in the ultimate photography reality show – aptly named Photo Face Off.

Who are the competitors?

The contestants are:

  • Tan Jia Juan, a 22-year-old Singaporean student
  • Singyuin Christy Yeoh, a 28-year-old relief worker from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Willy Lesmana, a 35-year-old experienced amateur photographer from Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Richard Silaraks, a 48-year-old product promoter, who lives in Bangkok, Thailand
  • Hoang Thi Lan Phuong, a 22-year-old Vietnamese fashion retailer, who is living in Hanoi

The five amateurs must compete against a US-born Photo Face Off resident photographer, Justin Mott in the screening process from hell, to show how far they will go to get the perfect shot.

But it will not be easy to beat the Vietnam-based Justin, who has not only won several photography awards and accolades, but has also had his work published in renowned media outlets, such as The New York Times, TIME Magazine and Forbes.

Competing for an all-expenses paid trip to New York City

The contestants are competing for an all-expenses paid trip to New York City to photograph some of the world’s biggest stars and a trip to the Canon Photo Clinic in Japan.
