What would you do if your deceased loved ones suddenly came back to life? How would you react and what would be going through your mind?

In the brand new season of “Resurrection S2”, premiering on 29 September, the residents from the small town of Arcadia, Missouri, must face this as their reality.

However, the return of their loved ones is not without a catch. That’s because the dead tend to come back with very dark secrets – which will ultimately have consequences for the entire community.

Bellamy faces a shocking turn of events

In “Resurrection S2”, the first episode, premiering at 10am on Monday, September 29, Bellamy awakens alone and abandoned at Arcadia’s outskirts and realises that he has missed a week of his life. When his memory returns, he discovers a shocking revelation: That he has died and returned to life.

As he struggles to understand how this is possible, Arcadia welcomes more of the “Returned”, including Margaret Langston, the powerful matriarch of the Langston family, who has been dead for over three decades.

Main Characters Featured

The main character, Bellamy, is played by Omar Epps, who has also starred in other leading TV shows and films, including FOX medical drama HOUSE and received an NAACP Image Award for “Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series” in 2007 and 2008.

The series also features Kurtwood Smith as Henry Langston, Frances Fisher as Lucille Langston and Matt Craven as Sheriff Fred Langston. Michelle Fairley of Game of Thrones fame, also has a guest role in the series.
