The TriFactor Run & RunSwim Challenge took place last Sunday morning at East Coast Park with close to 1,000 athletes from Singapore and the region taking part.

TriFactor is Asia’s leading triathlon brand dedicated to promoting Multi-sports events across the region. They focus on fostering community engagement and providing platforms for athletes of all abilities to excel. Sunday’s event featured the signature SGRC TriFactor Run 21.1KM and 10.5KM Run categories as well as RunSwim formats that challenge athletes to seamlessly transition between disciplines. RunSwim distances included Long, Standard, Sprint and Freshman categories.
Winning the 21.1km Men’s run was Singapore’s Ng Hou Jin with a time of 1 hour 20 min 5 sec. In the Women’s 21.1km, the winner was Rianne Payne in 1 hour 34 min 28 sec. Rising stars and SEA Games hopefuls also took part in the various categories of the Run and RunSwim events, putting in strong performances.
