Comprising of buckwheat and wheat flour, soba is a great option for those who are watching their calorie intakes. At Healthy Soba IKI, the soba is also gluten-free, as they use 100 per cent buckwheat noodles.

A takeaway service is available too, for those who may not have the time to sit down and have their lunch.

At WHEAT, the dishes all have very fancy and intriguing names, including Penguin, Dolphin and Salmon. Penguin is the best seller, which comprises of green soba noodles, shredded chicken, fried eggs, quail eggs, Japanese cucumber and roasted sesame sauce. It is a light and wholesome meal that you will make you feel good after eating it.

There is also a healthier version of Ipoh Lum Mee for those who enjoy this dish.

Paella is also available for Spanish food lovers and the Water Cress Pork Ribs Soup attracts a regular fan base, for their generous servings of water cress and pork ribs.
