The annual Income Eco Run is back on 19 April 2026 at a brand new venue, Bayfront Event Space – to rally Singaporeans again in its long-standing zero waste advocacy.
With the theme, “How far will you go for zero waste?”, the run is inclusive and family-friendly with expanded categories this year to welcome runners of all abilities and even pets.
The established distances of 3km, 5km, 10km, 15km and 21.1km are back, along with a brand-new 1.2km category for kids aged 10-12 years old. This is alongside the 700m dash for kids between 4 to 9.
As well, there will be pets categories of 700m and 1.2km for dogs and cats, with up to two “pawrents” permitted per pet.
New eco-learning journeys are also being launched post-event allowing children to learn more about the economy as part of the sustainable practices undertaken during the Income Eco Run. Children will learn how e-waste is recycled and how the plastic-free cups and banana peels are composited. To nurture the next generation of eco-warriors, child participants will be offered the opportunity to register for one of these post-event activities, together with a parent.
Event tees, in line with the eco theme, are an optional purchase. Runners are encouraged to wear their own tees or a past-year tee. The 2026 tee, for runners who opt-in to buy, will be a sustainability-themed tee made with recycled water bottles. It was designed in collaboration with local illustrator Tammy Chew and costs $10.
Registration for the race is now open. Prices range from $40 for adult categories (3km – 21.1km), $16 for kids categories (700m and 1.2km). $20 for pets categories (700m and 1.2km). There are additional bundle promotions for runners who register in groups of two or three pax. All runners will receive a run bib with a timing chip.
