Singapore’s Biggest Easter Egg Hunt @ HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens this April

Hosted by the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens, the nation’s biggest Easter egg hunt will be taking place on Easter Sunday 12th April from 10am – 12pm at the National Stadium.

10,000 replica eggs to be hidden around the 100PLUS Promenade

Event organisers have paired with the Easter Bunny to hide 10,000 replica eggs around the 100PLUS Promenade, along with a single Golden Egg promising one lucky winner a family trip of a lifetime to catch the HSBC Paris Sevens in May. Flights, tickets and accommodation will be included in the prize.

Eggs to be redeemed for chocolates and merchandise

Families will have free reign to join the hunt and get as many eggs as they can, with easter eggs able to be redeemed for a mouth-watering array of themed chocolate eggs and Singapore-style merchandise throughout the two-day carnival.

Says Steven Rodaway, General Manager, HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens, “The HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens has always had a reputation for being the Family Sevens and with this year’s event falling over the Easter break, we wanted to deliver something special for families attending.”

He continued, “Singapore’s biggest Easter egg hunt gives families another reason to come and experience the Singapore Sevens and to enjoy a great day out at the Singapore National Stadium.”

Plenty of on and off pitch entertainment to look forward to

Dubbed the Family Sevens, the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens also brings plenty of on and off pitch action, with ticket holders being able to enjoy a Family Fun Zone, Splash Party, rugby-themed games and live music.

Part of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series

The HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens is part of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series. Played on a full-size pitch by teams of seven players each, Sevens is a shorter and faster game, with each half lasting seven minutes.

Match-days take place from 9:30am – 8pm on Saturday and 11:30am – 8pm on Sunday, with between-game entertainment including sing-alongs, giant screen games and live music keeping the party atmosphere going throughout the day.
